Problem with carpeting

Problem with carpeting: I am, at this time, waiting for a salesperson to come look at my carpeting. My husband and I feel that our very expensive carpeting has too many seams (noticeable) for what we paid for the carpeting and installation. The salespeople and carpet layers have all been very nice, but we saved for years to buy this carpeting, paid cash, and it will be here as long as we are in this home. We want to be extremely pleased with our purchase for many years to come. Will follow-up with another comment after talking with salesperson this afternoon.
