When we first moved in, everything seemed to be good. The prices were very low and it was a very short distance to downtown Columbus. After we moved in, a week later we got a notice on our door saying they were going to come around to spray for cockroaches and that we needed to bag up all our food and move our furniture out from the walls after we had just moved in! Maintenance was very slow at getting around to fix our problems, the alarm system never worked but the leasing office makes you pay the $35 to activate it. The cockroaches were so bad that they were even on the porch on the outside of the apartments. My neighbors happened to be decent, but there was always shootings across the street in the complex across from mine. The police were called at all hours in the night, the heating and air conditioning barely worked, the water tasted disgusting. People broke into my car in the parking lot, and stole tools from out of the back of my boyfriends truck. They offer a laundry facility ...

The units have cocaroaches‎

I really don't care about the people selling weed. But the roaches, violence, break-ins, terrible management and shady neighbors just to say the least. If you aren't using crack here you seemed to be selling it. Our house was robbed in broad daylight while we were gone for an hour. The alarm system does NOT work, and no one will come to help you with it. There are shots fired in the area many nights, constant police cars, and some of the worst parkers in the world. A garbage bin outside of my section was set on fire once. This is a terrible place to live, don't ever move here.‎

Worst place ever to live; doesn't worth sh**t even if it was free rent!! Roaches, vandalism, lies and ruddiness from the office. Safety is not existent, guns flying all over. We never go a whole week without the police being called for violence. If you want to live longer please stay away from these apartments...‎

OMG. This place is horrible. I can deal with the old hole in the wall apartments and maybe I can live with the constant gun shots and police sirens. The crackheads, prostitutes and drug dealers really stay to themselves. ...
