I was very unhappy here. I went in for a mammogram and the appointment I'd gotten was at 5:30 in the afternoon. They scheduled it that way, it wasn't a special request. It was also a Friday. Apparently that was a really bad time to go. I went in and most of the lights were already turned off. The tech made it pretty clear I was holding her up from the weekend. I told her that my previous history meant I'd probably need a sonogram also - they ususally sent me right over - she huffed at me and said it's Friday honey - no one's gonna do that today. Great, thanks. Well then I get zoomed throught the most painful mammogram - mostly because I think she was hurrying..and she rushed me out. I have been through them before and I was not happy. They took less views than normal too. That was it, this was the second time they treated me like I was a problem or a bother, not a patient so this year I'm going to Baptist for my mammogram. I'd rather be treated like a person.
