Overall: Waxing is never something you look forward to, but at Brazilia it's not as dreadful as it might sound!
The place is very clean and the 'lobby' is nice. The rooms where they perform the services are very clean as well and welcoming with a spa like feel, but they are still very professional.
The esthetician was very professional and it wasn't painful at all - I think your personal pain threshold comes into play here, but it didn't bother me one bit. Also, some services are more 'uncomfortable' than others, but they make you feel at ease which is always a bonus. You may have to wait a couple minutes for them to get to you, but once they're ready, the service is quick - which is always good when it comes to waxing! :)
Value: Price is comparable to other businesses.
Service: Friendly and professional staff.
Quality: They do a good job!
Pros : Conveniently located in the UTC area, plenty of parking, quick and painless waxing!
