I brought in my wedding dress for alteration, and indeed, they did a wonderful job. What was even better, I was shopping around and realized that they offered the best price. To my pleasant surprise, I was able to pick up my wedding dress the same day. Since then, I have brought my whole family to their store for our alteration needs. Poor customer service: Treated me like I was interrupting them each time I went in, took them three times to get the alterations correct. Will find another tailor next time I need service. Very disappointed with the service and level of quality they offer.
