Assisting my son during a real estate sale‎

Electrical Project to Complete Real Estate Transaction

My son moved out of town and his home sale was in jeopardy of not closing on time because of the buyer's inspector report. There was an out of code wiring on the roofline. I called Branham Electric who quickly scheduled the repair, sending out two pleasant electricians familiar with the type of problem. The house passed inspection and the sale was complete.
