I recently had a a wisdom tooth extraction done by Dr Brandner. I had been dreading this and putting it off for over 15 years. Dr Brandner's care was outstanding, and the whole affair (during and after) was about as quick, easy and painless as such a thing can be. Five days after the procedure, I was completely pain-free and the incision in my mouth seemed completely healed.

His staff were also quite helpful and accommodating. I am active duty military and have had a lot of difficulty dealing with the military healthcare bureaucracy for payment when getting civilian dental care in the past. These folks took care of it all - instead of dumping it back on me as some other providers have done.

One word of advice: Dr Brandner operates 2 offices, and the one in Slidell is only open on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Additionally, the Mandeville office closes early on Mondays and Fridays. Do not leave details such as insurance paperwork, prescriptions, picking up meds, etc to the last minute, or you may find yourself having to spend some unexpected time on I-12!!

I would certainly recommend Dr Brandner. Oral surgery is certainly not one of life's great pleasures...but if it has to be done, based on my experience this is the guy you want doing it.

Wonderful Doctor: I was very scared to go at first but Dr. Brandner was very calming. His great personally made me feel very comfortable. I have never wrote a review before but I just had to tell everyone that THIS IS IT!! Very reasonabley priced and all of my questions were answered. Yes, I know that there could have been complications but EVERYWHERE you go that is the same. Dr. Brandner was different. He did not have the "stuck up attitude" that some doctors have. He has wonderful and very caring....Heck, I went back to work the next day. There is NO WHERE else that you can go that compares to this office staff either. Thanks alot Dr. Brandner....Love ya.
