When I came in at exactly 9 am I was told that it would be about a half hour to inspect my brakes and no more than an hour to work on my brakes. That's just great I only had that much time for my break to do this anyway. I also told them if it would be longer I need to know becaues I'm using my combined breaks from work to take care of this, if longer I would rather get picked up now. Oh, no problem we'll get this done for you. So, I thought I'd wait.

Then it became an hour and 45 minutes, so I asked if this would be done soon because we're going into 2 hours. Oh, well no more than 15 minutes they said. Let's just say, instead of leaving at or around 10:30am, I was there until past 12 noon. I was only the second vehicle to come in at the time so it's not like they were extremely busy. When I went out to check on my car, they were smoking and then jumped on it as soon as they saw me. I would never take this time out of my life to write a review, but it is worth it for what I had to undergo with them. Sure they were trying to be nice, giving me a key chain and cardboard airfresheners and one of them even offered me a snack out of his lunch bag, but I said no thank you.

This wouldn't have been a problem if they were honest with me. I could have gotten a ride back to work if they would've been more than 2 hours. But every time I asked, they kept saying 5 more minutes. This was wrong on their part. I was referred to them by my fellow coworkers and without having to say a word they all know know how they kept me there knowing my time frame their schedule was set back as well. Oh and to top it off, I was asked what service I wanted on my car and I specifically said that I didn't want my back brakes cleaned and they did it anyway and wouldn't take it off my service bill statement when I tried to dispute it. Used to take my cars here for service until i had a warranty issue they would not resolve even though the warranty stated on the receipt that i was well within warranty they would not help me. They kept telling me they couldnt find anything wrong and could not tell me why my car shook when i stepped on the brakes. I took my car to the repair shop i use now, and they told me it was because my rotors were not turned. I took the receipt from the other shop to show BrakeMasters and they told me that my warranty was void because another shop worked on my car. WHAT A JOKE! I had no choice BUT to take my car to another shop when they wouldnt fix it.

We recently took our car to get the brakes checked. They had fast service. They have good prices, and continually have coupons. They even rotated our tires for free when we got our brakes fixed
