First off the grounds wreak of manure and stray cat spray. You walk in to the office and you're greeted by someone you can't see. I spied around the corner to find the manager reading and replying to text messages, never looking up', while a resident stated her complaint. Then the complaint was so crazy : the towing service for the property towed a car she was driving out Her parking space! The manager barely even batted an eye and told her she couldn't help her. I'm thinking, "That's how you treat your residents?!" The woman had a kid and was crying about how she lives on a fixed income and can't afford to get a car out that she didn't call to have towed out of her own parking space.The lady just tells her to call corporate. I'm wondering, "How hard is it to just call the towing company and say you took the wrong car and to bring it back?" I told her my husband and I were just taking a short cut through the office to get inside.
