My wife and I have been with Bradley Properties for 10 months now and I must say we have not had any issues with this company. Whenever we reported an issue to them, they were prompt in getting the service professionals out there to handle the problem. They even scheduled someone to come out and service our swamp cooler without us even having to ask. When the owners of the property we were renting decided to sell, we checked Bradley's listings, was shown the homes we chose to view, selected a house, and completed another rental application. We received approval the very next business day and they waived the application fee. The service we have received from Bradley properties has been Grade A and the staff is always very professional.‎

I am a civillian in Sierra Vista. I have met Mr. Bradley, his secretary Rose, and the hispanic twenty something lady that drives the infinity and is a prop manager/ agent at Bradley Property.. I have to admit that their office is in a nice building, but as soon as you walk in the door, you notice that something is amiss. She will sit there and act like she dont see you, until you say something. I am active Army and PCSd to attend a 5 month course at Ft. Huachuca, with a 2 month follow-on course. I rented a nice house from Bradley Properties with another service member in the same course. Our first indication of bad service was in August when our A/C went out and Bradley (the owner of Bradley Properties) told us we were going to have to wait until they could get around to getting it fixed, and he was sorry it was hot, but it was hot in his office too. Now I'm not sure why the temperature in his office had anything to do with it, but it took a month for our A/C to be fixed and it was so hot in our house that I had to take my dog to a friend's house during the day because it was too hot for him to stay there. The biggest complaint I have about Bradley Properties is that their military clause says ever lease must be 6 months.
