If anyone ever signs a lease with this company, please be forwarned that you will have a very difficult time getting through to the staff. The managers they choose to represent their company are anything but professional and in our 11 months of renting with this company we've seen 3 managers come and go. The company's response to our numerous concerns regarding unkept grounds, lack of fencing around pool, car and unit thefts have all gone ignored. Unless you reside in the city of Beverly Hills, nothing will ever get resolved. About half the tenants in our building are moving out, including tenants who have paid rent for over 10 years. We've all filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
