Dropped off car for simple repair and they kept it for a week before they ever even looked at it...the repair itself took an hour..They are rude and inconsiderate and I feel they think they have you over a barrel since there isn't another audi dealer for miles
Pros : They use original Audi parts. Will drive you all the way home where you are stuck for a week because they won't look at your car
Cons : Monopoly, rude, slow, too busy to care about customers
spent $1000 to get my car fixed. they kept it a week. did not even fix the problem. and when i went to pick up my car, it would not even start!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i asked the manager to fix it so i could drive home cause i didnt want to spend my night at brad noe, and he threw up his hands and said "what am I supposed to do, what do you want me to do?" what a load of crap! worst customer service EVER! don't go there. please. you WILL regret it. they are so very rude. i never write on things like this...but i am sooooo furious. i dont' have alot of money and it really hurt me to have to shell out $1000. I am a recent college grad and don't have the best job ever. i am just trying to live my life being a good person. and its really terrible when bad things happen to good people. i just pray that God helps me not keep a grudge. but i am soooo very mad right now. soo sooo soooo very mad. I live my life having to give quality customer service...and its just frustrating that all the goodness i have sowed, has only reaped me shitty results with rude people who take my money and don't even fix my car. God help. Please
