The reviews below had to have been written by Deery employees! Me and my spouse were literally treated like a pile of dirt by our THREE sales people and management. We came in on a Saturday afternoon, which was probably a bad idea since the place was nearly packed. We went there with one mission on our mind - come home with a new car. My husband and I were very displeased by our first salesman, who brushed us off on the lot to tend to an older couple(easy sell he must have thought). The second sales person we dealt with left us half way through our vehicle demonstration to go to LUNCH! Finally after basically waiting in line for an hour we got to test drive a Jeep Commander, not with an actual salesman as he referred to it - by the IT guy who after seeing us stand in the showroom without assistance took it upon himself to help us! He, who I believe was named Jacob, was very friendly and did not seem anything like the rest of the employees. My husband and I decided to reward Jacob for his service by buying the Jeep from him that night! Unfortunately having not sold a car in a few months after we began filling out the paperwork we ran into a few roadblocks. He apologized nearly a dozen times and would run back and talk to his manager. After all paperwork was signed we were ready to get financed. This is where the real trouble started!! The manager who helped our sales person fill out the forms seemed to have ADDED money owed to the amount. Jacob was the first to spot the problem while we were waiting to be financed. Moments later his manager came back with him and said there was NOT A PROBLEM! what do you mean, we thought? After trying to negotiate with the manager he finally told us to pack up and leave - that we wasted both of their time. We said forget it and walked out to our car.
