The Mid Eastern Dance Exchange is the first Bellydance Studio that opened here in South Florida. It paved the way for other studios and performers. It is a nonprofit arts organization that sponsors and brings Master Instructors and Performers to South Florida every year for our community. This past Orientalia 2006! Festival was AMAZING!!! It was a free outdoors event on Lincoln Rd and Euclid Ave in Miami Beach, FL in the middle of the Lincoln Road Mall. Three hours of FREE belly dancing, tribal belly dancing, ethnic dancing, and more!!! I hear next year's Orientalia 2007 will be even more spectacular with male guest artists from around the world.
