Boyd sent one of their "techs", a 20-year old, to repair our 1973 jukebox. He charged $160.00 ($80./hr., 2-hour minimum) and did absolutely nothing.

He then asked us for $75 more to transport the jukebox to his father, who would charge $500 more to look it over.
Pros : none
Cons : the tech spent at least 1/2 hr. on his cell phone with his father asking for advice.
