My mother had ordered two pairs of glasses. Upon receiving the initial order in, one frame broke in the assistance hands immediately upon handling, the other was the wrong lens size. The assistant was embarrassed and promised a rush fix on the order within the next several days. Over a week and a half later, still no glasses to report. My mother made an additional trip to the office and was greeted by a rather incompetent assistant that was not professional at all. I practically begged my mom to get a refund due to the lack of attention and careless manner of the staff and the whole handling of her situation in general. I would not recommend anyone to this office whatsoever. BBB will be contacted as well.‎
