What a resource!‎
I love this place. They have such a unique collection of stone tiles, slabs, etc. I would recommend this place to anyone. I also love their website. It really helped be find what I was looking for.‎

Worst and rudest customer service I have...‎
Rude and disrespectful customer interaction (you cannot call that customer service!) from the floor sales persons to the yard personnel. They act as if they were doing a great favor to you! The designer / contractor sent me to Bourget Flagstone to buy tile for a home project. The man in the tile section didn't even bother to get up from his desk (he was working on the computer) to answer my questions about the different tiles that were on display. Every question that I had to ask was an imposition. Of course, since he was not willing to see what tile I was looking at, the information he gave me was wrong and it took several people in the customer service department to finally find out what the price was. Had to go back for more tile. This time the manager of the yard was disrespectful when I was complaining about the quality of the tile. Apparently I had to take the tile I ordered the way it came, even if it was chipped! When I had enough of this nonsense I told him that I would ...

Bourget is simply one of the best stone stores for a homeowner, designer, and contractor to have in their backyard of Santa Monica. There is a huge showroom with thousands of samples and an even larger back lot filled with every kind of stone that you could ever wish to use. The staff is friendly, talented and very helpful. Colorful wet and dry installations serve to give great ideas for homeowners. The ground is paved in a variety of ways. Palettes of stone are everywhere.
