Honest and Reliable
Bottom Dollar Carpet has done 3 jobs for us in the past few years. They installed carpet several years ago and did an excellent job. The price and the service were great.
We found out they did much more than flooring this year. Mike came quickly to give us bids on several remodeling jobs. He was completely honest about when he could start and finish the jobs. The price again was extremely reasonable. A two day job was only two days! How refreshing. We have dealt with many contractors over the years and Bottom Dollar Carpet is one we will call on again.

Good service at good rates ‎
My wife and I had shopped around at several places before purchasing carpet through bottom dallar. One of the places that we called was selling the carpet for almost twice as much! Bottom dollar had good prices and good service. I recomend them.‎

Beware! The Name Says it All!‎
"Bottom Dollar" - The name says it all, you get what you pay for. The owner, or he said he is the owner, Mike Morgan, could use some training in customer service. Please note the review indicates poor. My intention is not to smear Bottom Dollar, but to provide an account of how they have treated me through multiple transactions and thus deserve a poor rating. This review is a warning to others-plenty of promises to get you to buy, and I am sure the carpet is of regular quality, however the customer service and follow-up is severely lacking. We have had our carpet (which was a higher end selection @ $31.09/yard) for 6-8 months and already have seams showing. On a seperate note, I called and left message for a cleaning with no call back. One week later I called and left a message with a man who I was not familiar with and had good phone etiquette. He said he would have someone call me. Mike called me and said he had talked to my wife who told him to schedule us for Dec 12th. My ...
