I would not refer him to others. His firm stinks on getting back with you on issues. I would not want others to go through what I did, so I would look elsewhere for a good attorney..

I had to call an attorney in San Antonio because I was sued there over a disagreement dealing with a contract, although I live in another part of Texas. I asked an attorney in my hometown that was a member of my business trade association, and is a person that I have a lot of confidence in, and he gave me the name of David Bosworth, because he knew he was familiar with business sale contracts. Mr. Bosworth took the lawsuit papers over email, and quickly reviewed the other information I had about the dispute and filed a particular type of answer that complained about the case being heard in San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas, which was a place that I didn’t live in and did not usually do business in.

He then asked that the lawsuit be transferred to my city, as well as noting that we had rights to an arbitration case. Part of the reason that he was able to get it transferred out of San Antonio and Bexar County was that the contract had to deal with real estate properties in San Antonio as well as real property in other counties, like Comal, Hays, or Travis (Austin).
