The owner is very friendly and goes to extra lengths to to take care of your pets. She is very good with all animals.

Even though she came highly recommended by a friend, I felt that she wasn't what I was looking for. When I brought my Maltese for our first visit, she grabbed him by the collar and plonked him on the grooming table! I was horrified! If she treated him that way while I was there, what was she going to do once I left him in her care? On my way out, I also noticed 3 bullet holes in her store window. Yikes!
