We have used Mr. Boring for a couple of law needs. We had him draw up a couple of simple wills for us. He and his staff completed the job according to our instructions and all went well with the signing of the documents. In fact they are the wills that we have in effect at the present time. We discovered Mr. Boring when we closed on our home in the area. He was recommended by our builder. Our closing was rather complicated because my husbands employer was paying so much of the closing costs because it was a relocation move for us. All went well at the closing. In fact it was a smooth closing unlike some others that we have been involved with. I attribute this to the competent knowledge and attention that Mr. Boring gave to this closing. His office is downtown Greensboro near the courthouse, but there is plenty of parking.
