The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a little bit of everything for everyone. The awesome thing is, if they don't have it they will order it!
It is a small store but they try to keep a large variety of stuff available. You never know what you will find hidden behind another toy.
You can rent movies too. I got the membership and it paid for itself in the first few weeks. They have an arcade too. But I didn't use it. Looks like it was pretty busy though.

We gave it a second chance but.....While we were there last: The owner was walking around with a gun yelling at people. He physically through someone out while my girlfriend and I were shopping! My girlfriend used the bathroom while we were there, she was accosted by creeps in the hallway of the arcade. I tripped over some wiring that was on the floor! This place is a dump! We'll NEVER be back to this store again!

best store in the west: the store small but it has everything and more than a big store has, without having 20 people looking at everything you purchase.
