Alice has been in the business for 30 years and staying strong. Obviously that alone says something about the quality of work that is done there. I would also say it’s because of Alice, the owner who is very friendly who all to come into her shop. Shoe repairing is the family business she was brought up in and because it is something she is proud of she can go into work and enjoy her time there.

I even got to see a few different pairs of shoes she had worked on. The was a ladies pump that was in to be stretched, then there was a pair of cowboy boots, that had been shined to their brightest white and had some work done on the sole. They looked almost brand new!

During the process of looking around, I remembered that I had a pair of heels that had lost their cap. I asked how much it would cost to fix that and Alice told me it cost $10 a pair, that sounded cheap to me, the next day I went back and had them fixed!

They also do leather work, on all different types of bags, and make them look like new again.

I had an awful experience at this shop... The service was POOR and the quality of work WORSE... They insisted I needed to pay in advance- When I asked them to fix it or refund my money- the alleged husband of the owner said he could not... that the wife made all the decisions and she did not have a cell phone so that I could reach her. I was robbed $45.00... Will definately NOT be returning... BE CAREFUL SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO GO...HE WILL INSULT YOU AND BE EXTREMELY RUDE!
