<b> Overall:</b> These guys are great. I lived in a house in which we had people over every weekend and had light beige carpets. A nightmare when it came to my OCD need to have the carpets clean ...so as you can imagine I have gone through several carpet cleaners and they all seem to reel you in with those $14.99 for 3 rooms deals..then they get to your house and say oh... you need conditioner for $40 and...oh the bathroom is another $40...and oh to hook up the hose its another $60. And you get sucked into this and they do a terrible job and you have to have them go over spots and spots again and again...by the time they are done its a rip off. I am sure we have all experienced that. <br />

I finally found Bonded Carpet and they were very professional...they have been in business a long time. I called and got an appointment with in 24 hours and asked them to send your best person because our house is a challenge. They gave me a 30 minute reminder call, which is great because I totally forget when they are coming usually. The trucks are brand new and clean. The equipment is new and the staff is very friendly and professional.<br />

We just had a big party and party goers spilt red cranberry juice all over our beige/white carpets. A huge challenge..I though we were going to have to replace the carpets. They sent Frankie, and he took one look at those stains, rubbed his fingers in the carpet, inspecting the fibers and quality like Tiger Woods would be inspecting a green putting for the championship...and said " No problem, I have to get my special treatment out, we should do some conditioning on these other spots, but this should be no problem, I can get this carpet looking new again." I was like..ohhhh k partner I have heard that before. <br />

Before I knew it he was back with the conditioner going through out the house...then he brought in an iron...yes a house hold iron and a spray bottle which had his special ingredients in it..he sprayed this on the red spots...and then used his iron and then did some magic with a wet terry cloth and with this solution..he took his time...each spot took at least 10 minutes...there were at least 3 areas that needed to be done. He some how soaked all the red stains up and then proceeded to finish the rest of the house. <br />

He was right the house looked great. From a stain infested carpet to clean beige bliss. Literally looked good as new. I was shocked.<br />

I was really impressed with his work and care that he took to really do a good job. He impressed me so much that we always requested that Frankie come when I called and had the carpets done. <br />

They are also bonded which means they guarantee that you are satisfied and you can have them clean the carpets until you are satisfied.<br />

Always arrive with in window.<br /><br /><b>Service:</b> They have they most courteous staff and great service. Excellent service. Really felt like they care about your needs and want to satisfy you. <br /><br /><b>Quality:</b> After going through about 12 different carpet cleaners these guys are the best. Great quality, brand new trucks and equipment. Use the best products.<br />
