The service they provided was OK, but their billing department is a nightmare! It took them 6 months to send us a bill, then the check we sent was lost and instead of contacting us, they put us in collections! Now I'm trying to pay my bill by phone, but staff is rude and incompetent.

Service and compassion bar none: I had the lap band surgery done at Bon Secours on Oct. 5, 2005.. The nurses in the 4th floor OB were wonderful, I have never had such thoughtful, and understanding nurses at any hospital I had been in... THANK YOU ALL... Dr Kwon was peformed the surgery... THANK YOU DR. KWON...
