Fulfill your craving by Thai L. at InsiderPages
I had indian cravings and this place definitely met the spot. The atmosphere is great being in central west hollywood and the food is great. It may be a bit pricey but it's worth it.

Bombay Grill
This is an interesting place to eat. It doesn't really have a theme (like Pizza Kitchen) or a specific ambience (ie Italian food) but most of its fool is cooked on the grill or ...

Best Saag Paneer in LA
This place is very tiny and modest looking. The atmosphere is kind of non existent. But I would highly recommend take-out. The place seems to be more suited to that anyway. he portions are huge and the quality is excellent. Whereas at many places Saag Paneer equals spinach "mush," this place actually chops it up instead of liquifying it. Everything Ive ordered has been amazing. The service is very friendly, too.

Incredible Takeout
I've never had a bad dish here. It's run by a really sweet family, and they always remember me when I walk in, and they guess what I'm going to order.
The Chicken Tikka Massala is my favorite thing on the menu, which means a lot coming from me because I'm a lover of hot & spciy food. Even though this dish is about as mild as they come, it's very flavorful and delicious. The vegetables of the day are always substantially portioned, and delicious. Incredible samosas...
I place my food order, do my shopping next door at Trader Joes, and when I'm done, the food is always hot and ready to go (I'm a guy, so I shop quickly). And there's always enough left over for another meal...

The Saag Paneer it great too...i've tried it at other places, and it's very greasy and gross, but not at Bombay Grill!

The place itself isn't much to look at, and I'd probably never sit down and eat there, but it's a good, strong takeout winner.

The only con depends on your persepctive. The menu is about as nuanced as a doorknob. They only offer a few dishes, but what they offer, they make very very very very very well.

Pros: Great food, inexpensive, shop @ Traders while they cook it fresh!
Cons: Barebones menu, but delicious nonetheless.

Super friendly staff, Delicious and cheap
The owners are a sweet Indian family. They have mastered the art of shrimp saag and vegetable samosas. Sure, it isn't the best place to sit and eat, but this is a to-go staple in West Hollywood. If you want delicious Indian without burning a whole in your pocket, head to Bombay!
