We were introduced to Bombay Cafe back in 2002 by a local Vista couple. Ever since it has been love at first bite. We are "regulars" now, and try to splurge every month or so and treat ourselves to this wonderful treat. My personal favorite is the Paneer Masala. The sauce that goes with it is just exquisite. I order several extra orders of Naan (and I can't understand the one persons comment about the Naan not being good, but I guess such is the nature of taste, but I find the Naan and everything Bombay Cafe puts on the table just absolutely delicious) and love dipping the Naan in the Paneer Masala sauce. I don't know what the ingredients are, but anything that tastes that good has got to be absolutely terrible for you! Sweet, creamy, and really spicy (in the flavorful sense of the word). Also they are happy to adjust your "spiciness" level of most of the dishes. We had a joke for a while that we thought they were spiking the sauce with opium or something, ...

Went here on 3/12/10 for the first time. Ordered food for pick up. Food was delicious. Naan was fantastic, best Ive had in a while. The 2 Indian women working up front were incredibly nice. I would definitely come back. I got the menu online by searching menus as they do not have a website.

We moved to the area from Phoenix almost two years ago. The one thing we have missed the most has been good Indian Food. It wasn't until I googled that I realized that there was an Indian Restaurant only a few miles from our new home. We had seen the little shopping center and the restaurant, but we never saw many cars, so we assumed that it just wasn't worth going to. We were wrong. What a great Indian Restaurant. Small and not impressive as far as decor and looks go. But it is clean. Tables are set with cloth napkins and cloth tablecloths. The owner waited on my wife and I and every part of the meal was wonderful. Fresh food, spiced to your preference, and wonderful chai. Lunch for two will costs more than a lunch at Mimi's or Applebees, but it is worth every penny.‎

After reading the reviews of this restaurant(several good and one bad) , I decided I should give it a try. Last nite I went to the restaurant, and had an amazing experience. The owners (or the waiters.. i didnt know who they were) were really courteous and warm people. They greeted us and made sure we were comfortable. The Food was really tasty and had the perfect spice level - as we wanted. The Chef came over and asked us if everything was as required. When one of my friends said he was not very satisfied with his dish, the chef got him another one. Bottom Line : I am definately going there again..‎

One of the best meals I've had in a long time. If you are about great food you must come here. The location is not the greatest. Not fancy at all, but I would eat in a shed for great food like this.
