I went there on the high recommendation of a family member who frequents their wash. (purchased the $14) My rig was really dirty after a camping trip...outside and inside. They did a really good job cleaning the front driver and passenger sides and all windows were good except the rear. Most of the car was decently clean except the rear again. I was kind of disappointed in the overall clean. The rear was very important to me, as it was the dirtiest to begin with. So the next day I asked my family member if this was normal service. He was shocked at the condition of my car after the wash. He went for his wash that day and talked to the manager, who agreed to fix the problem areas at no charge for me. I took my suv back in and showed Dan--the manager, what was left uncleaned and the remaining problem areas. He agreed that it should have been done better.
