I take all my jewelry repairs here to get the work done right, quickly and at a reasonable price. I love the down home feel and time the staff takes just to visit and make sure they understand what I want. I have also had a couple of custom pieces made which are my prized possessions because of the extra touches that make them mine.

I love patronizing downtown businesses, I feel they are a dying breed, and I also love mom and pop eclectic shops. I took my parents out for a shopping trip and in all of Cheyenne THIS store treated us the worse. We were NOT greeted by the worker when we went into the store. Instead we were glared at for interupting a computer game. My mom and I said "Hi" and got a peeved look in return. Their prices are also very much higher than other stores in the area. The custom jewelry looks cheap too. All in all, an unpleasant rude experience. And then people wonder why we shop in Fort Collins.
