Not only does Bodyworks have a great atmosphere, awesome staff, and the best day spa in town. They now offer extremely affordable dance classes - small class sizes, competitions (local and state/national), and the opportunity for summer dance camp, and performances at Disneyland and half time shows at the Clipper's and Galaxy games.

This gym is Great! It's the perfect size for comfort. The people that work there are very nice and are willing to give advice as needed on machines and types of workouts that best fit youer needs. Another reason I like working out there is because it's NOT a Meat Market Type Gym.

The BEST gym ever! Doesn't have that nasty stink that every gym seems to have; very clean and well maintained.

This gym is for SERIOUS people who want to work out. NO, it's NOT A CLUB or have a "VIBE" - it's a gym, not a meat market! If you want to get all dressed up and look cute standing by a machine, try the other places!

They carry M'lis - a wonderful, but hard to find product line! I am so spoiled, I can't ever join another gym! Their spa is very appealing and relaxing with a wonderful ambience. ESCAPE now!

It's just women's fitness and dayspa - no high energy fitness, no club atmosphere, just a hole in the wall wannabe. Your grandmother will love it.

I went for a deep tissue massage, It was the best! They helped me relax which was pretty easy consideing the atmosphere was very relaxing and beautiful. The staff was wonderful and I can't imagine going any where else. I higly recomend
