Body Architecture is great. If I could give ten stars, I would. I've tried crossfit, other personal trainers, Insanity workout, other gyms, and no other place gives results like Body Architecture. They switch up the workouts each time so you don't get bored and your body doesn't get used to the exercises. They also have a great Saturday morning class which is the most challenging - great way to start your weekend. They have good schedule variety and even offer yoga 2x per week. I really like the small classes and personal attention. The trainers/instructors are very knowledgeable and if you are ever injured or feeling pain they'll be able to offer alternatives or exercises to correct the problem. I've been losing weight and getting more muscle and tone since starting here and I am seeing speed and strength gains in my hobby activities like cycling and running.
