When I ordered a part from this dealership (Bob Murry Chevrolet Inc.) I noticed a sign on the wall that read, " If you ordered the wrong part you now have an extra" so I was not that surprised to find out that they ordered me a wrong part. The parts person Jesse even had my vin number but he still managed to screw up and get the wrong part. I went back on a Friday before the forth of July and wanted to return the part and Big Jesse looked at the part and saw some grey solution on the threads so he insisted that it was screwed in or used so I now have an extra. I checked with ACDelco World Headquarters 6200 Grand Pointe Drive PO Box 6020 Grand Blanc, MI, 48439 USA 1-800-ACDelco (1-800-223-3526) and they informed me that the part (Oxygen Sensor) comes from the factory with Anti Cease an oil based lubricant with graphite that is to keep the sensor from becoming ceased into the system because of the heat involved in the normal operation of the part. One reason I don't like to go to dealerships is because I hate the way the sales people swarm on you as soon as you start walking around. Well, with that said, don't worry about that happening @ Bobby Murray Chevrolet. You'll feel like your in a ghost town when you walk the lot @ BMC and when you find a sales person, good luck. It's almost as if these people have never sold a car or studied the cars they're selling. If you have the displeasure of meeting Bobby Jr. have fun trying to talk to that azzhole(NO PERSONALITY). Anyways, do yourself a favor and go to Sir Walter or Hendrick. If you do end up buying from BMC DO NOT use their service dept.. I repeat, DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE DEPT.‎

I have had my truck worked on there for about 2 years now. They are fast and when they say it will be ready it is ready. You also can't beat the price of $9.95 for a oil Change. Every since I bought my truck there I have gotton my oil change for $9.95. No other dealership gave me that. I will be back for another truck when I am looking for my next truck.‎

Bobby Murray Chevrolet Inc. repaired some damage to the body of my Kodiak 7500 truck; the damage was in the corner where the passenger door, the roof and the windshield come together. The body work was completed within one business day of the original date promised. The work that was done was of excellent quality. Their estimated price was the lowest of three estimates that I had obtained, several thousand dollars less than the highest estimate. The final bill was several hundred dollars less than their estimate. I was completely satisfied with the work and the price and I would highly recommend them to anyone.‎
