My friends were looking for car and they ended up just to try some cars and test drive it. Unfortunately, the salesmen locked them up and wouldnt gave them their car keys if they wont buy any of their car...To me that was a hostage and must call 911. So, not to make any headlines and chaos. They decided to buy a car there and it was a big mistake because it was new but it wasnt in good condition. The windows would not go down fully. Wouldnt recommend and wouldnt dare ever test drive there.

I haven't purchased a car from them, but I did test drive a few cars because I'm going to purchase a new car in a few months.

The salesman I got was terrible. He never made any conversation with me and I knew more about the car than he did! He never had a clear answer and would repeat/contradict himself about car options.

After test driving 3 cars (the third was after he was very insistent I test drive a Jetta), I attempted to leave after telling him again I wasn't going to buy for another few months at least. He continued to push for me to make a deal immediately! Come on, I'm not going to drop $28k on a car after 2 minutes of thinking about it! I think he really thought I was going to buy that day, which is ridiculous.

Once he got the idea I wasn't going to buy then, he pushed for my phone number. I refused, knowing he would call me repeatedly. After that, he got really pissy and angry and he tried to make me feel guilty for test driving 3 cars and then leaving! Excuse me, but I don't just buy a car on a whim. Give me some space, be nice to me and maybe I'll think about it. I still want a VW, but not from them.

Their salemen are rude. Well, most salemen aren't nice, but this dealership's salemen are ruder compare to other. I dropped by there once evening, around 7:30 pm, after work. Asked for a test drive, and told them ahead of time that I wouldn't make a deal until the weekend, at it was too late. Well, guess what ? No test drive for me, and no business from me to them either.

Great place, Great inventory of cars, great prices even but what i didnot like about the place was the fact that the Salesman was a high brow guy who just kept pestering us to make a decision immediately or the deal wont be there for us. Yeah right!!! We decided to go look elsewhere and he started passing comments and that he would like to sell the car and just doing his job.
