But especially your man, Hani (sp?). He is so knowledgeable, but more than that, HE CARES! Hani always takes time with me when ever I have questions, answering even my stupid ones. He has such a warm personality and besides the price of the new car he is one of the main reasons we purchased our vehicle from B.H. All of your salespeople are very personable. I just purchased a 2010 Silverado. Hani and Mike were very very helpful and finding a pickup to meet my needs. They were patient and worked endlessly to make sure I was more than satisified. It was raining the day I purchased the pickup and allowed me to come back a few days later and detailed the truck for me. Also, they got me set up with all the accessoies for the truck at a great deal. All the time prividing me with a really nice loaner vehicle to drive while the accessories were being added. I will buy another vehicle from Bob Howard Chevy in the future. The experience was very plesant and made me very comfortable with the business they do at Bob Howard. They went far and beyond to make me happy. They defintaly take excelent care of thier customers!‎
