We have received good service from this dealership. The repair prices are very high but I guess thats what you pay when you go to a dealer. I think you will find the service satisfactory when or if you take your ford to them. They also offer free loaner cars to their customers as long as you purchased your vehicle from them. You can sign up with ford and get some internet coupons for great values on oil changes etc
