and they kept telling me my car was fine. It was not. The steering went out and I had to fight with them to get it fixed.

We purchased our vehicle from Bob Baker with no problems and have been taking our car for oil changes and maintenance ever since. At one point, the service wasn't so great but now it's above average. The best part is that since it's located by the Carlsbad outlets, you can shop while your car is being serviced and they'll call your cell number when it's finished.
