Do NOT deal with Boardwalk VW. Upon recently purchasing our new car, the agent slyly wrote the contract with a higher sales price. After realizing this, we returned a few days later to get a new contract drawn. The agent was less than happy to help us. A few months later, the sunroof got stuck open. We took it in to be fixed. A month later, the radio went out. Boardwalk assured us that we would get a new radio in a few days. We called for over a week, but nobody could give us status or return our calls. 2 weeks later, Boardwalk said they had to return the radio to the manufacturer because WE did not call to check status. A week later, the sunroof glass shattered while driving. They said it wasn't covered under our warranty b/c they there was no proof it was accidental. Had to deal with insurance who only covered $500 of the $1,800. 8 weeks later, Boardwalk still cannot tell us if the radio was even ordered. WE WILL NEVER RETURN!!!
