Does this place know that the way to selling parts and cars is to actually approach customers and offer up some customer service?? My first experience was when I was originally shopping for Mini, on a semi busy Saturday afternoon the lot was full of shoppers but not one salesperson to be seen. Well of course he wouldn't be seen the only sales guy was inside the showroom standing there looking very unapproachable. After waiting around we got nowhere and purchased my Mini elsewhere.

Today I ventured back to order some floor mats and was completely ignored by the sales person on duty. He was more interested in selling a sweatshirt to some women who couldn't make up her mind (wow I guess the commission rates on the apparel is really high) instead of helping us order real parts for my car. And trying to do a phone order? Forget it!
