We are very dissatisfied with blue haven pools. We signed a contract with them to install our pool and they dug it two weeks later. Everything seemed great! We had to pay them the balance of the pool before its completion--BIG MISTAKE!!!! Our plaster is all messed up. We have streaks throughout our entire pool. We call and we schedule a date to fix the problem. He never comes. We call again. Schedule another date, but they don't show. It is bad business to me when you buy something and the people you are dealing with lack honesty. I expect a good morale in people. It just doesn't exist with Blue Haven. To me, they took our money and disappeared.
