Amazing, comfortable and caring
Blue Cross Animal Hospital is amazing. I took my dog, Hannah, there to get a second opinion on a needed surgery. Before I ever went one of the doctors called me to discuss the issue, she talked to me for 20 minutes just to give me a "kinda" second opinion. She was so helpful that I decided to take Hannah to see her in person. She confirmed the initial diagnosis, knee surgery. She didn't pressure us, I felt like she was being honest and not just milking me. She wrote up an estimate, surprisingly the bill was lower than the estimate. When does that happen? Once I brought Hannah home I got worried about the surgical site and I brought her in a couple times, just for piece of mind, they didn't charge me. They are an amazing group of people. Well worth the drive if you are not close. If you ever have questions they will be happy to answer and even offered a behind the scenes tour. They even helped with setting up my CareCredit because i didn't have the money to pay ...

Best vet office I've ever been to
The staff is wonderful, the doctor is not pushy with meds or unnecessary procedures (a problem I've had with other vets). Know that your pets will be spoiled during their visit. They have a great online service where they send email updates and even B-Day E-cards for your pet(s)! Prices are reasonable. Overall, I think they have an excellent practice and I'm very glad my search for a good vet is over.‎

Great service!
I would recommend blue cross to anyone looking for an honest vet. I have seen both female doctors and together they had my jack russel Milo on a treatment plan. I was given an estimate before hand of what they thought should be done and they really really took the initiative to help me understand why Milo needed the treatment. During the treatment they were fast with callbacks both from the techies and the dr's. I was impressed with the kindness and effort that was put in to ensure the treatment was working. Well in the end they were correct and Milo has never been better. Blue Cross will continue to serve my pet needs and I would highly recommend them to friends.

Simply BEST VET in town! by Roger S. at InsiderPages
I was lucky enough to find Dr. Tack at Blue Cross as my vet for my two Maltese. Dr. Tack recommended we run blood tests and both my dogs and thankfully we did as my youngest female Maltese had a problem processing some types of food. He took the time to explain to me the problem she had and we now have her on special food to help maintain and prevent any future problems. My old vet never did any blood work and would not have caught this problem. I love my two dogs and knowing I have a vet that really cares makes all the difference in the world to me.

Best Vet
My dog almost died at another vet (Companion Animal Hospital) I took my dog from Companion and rushed her to the LV Animal Emergency Room where she needed Oxygen and a Transfusion because Companion Animal Hospital let her Red Cell count get so low she was near death. After two nights in the ER the ER Doctor Bercier (who was wonderful and saved her life) suggested Blue Cross AH as a regular Vet. I took my dog there for follow-up care and I have to say that Blue Cross did every test they could think of to figure out why my dog had an immune problem and how to properly treat her to bring her back to health. LV Emergency Room stablized my little Lucy and Blue Cross took over and now "Lucy" is back in good health. I am forever grateful to both the LV ER and Blue Cross Dr Lewis and Dr Tact. I don't know for sure but I think they did tests on Lucy that I didn't even pay for. It matters which vet you take your animal too. Blue Cross is my vet for life.
