I ordered a large vase full of flowers for my mothers birthday. I was told that the arrangement would cost around $75.00 with a $9.00 delivery charge. My mother called to tell me that she received a cheaply done arrangement with mostly greenery and closed flowers. My credit card was charged over $90.00!!!! I am NOT happy.
