There are some really nice people that work in this store every time I go in. I've been helped quite a few times, but my complaint is that they never seem to have the movie I'm looking for. Than I was told the prices would go down on the DVD rental because they're getting rid of the VHS. Not all of the VHS is gone and I feel $4 is often too much when having to settle for the third or fourth movie on my list. They do offer plenty of TV shows on DVD, but I wish they'd have more of what I wanted.
