I had a great experience the last time I went to Blockbuster video as I walked in I was greeted by 2 employee's
I was having a hard time finding a certain movie I wanted so I ask the Team Leader as he called himself
where I could find the movie I wanted and he told me it was a great movie and walked me straight to it and got it for me
and just because the movie was not where it was supposed to be the Team Leader gave me a coupon for a free non-new release movie the next time I come in so I would just like to say if Blockbuster Video is like that to everyone they will be here for a long time and I look forward to it.
