This establishment is all about appearance, and does not deliver when it comes to customer service. In reading the comments posted by the owner on this site, I think this shows through. One example is where he attacked a former customer in response to a negative review. I am shocked by this sad display of professionalism. From their strict cancellation policy, to an environment of overBLOwn self confidence, I would not recommend this salon. The upside is the stylists, who do a good job. However, when paying this kind of money, one would expect much more.

I have seen the same sylist 4 times now and i have gotten the best hair cuts! She offers great advise and i leave happy with the best new styles. This is a fabulous salon!

I have been to many salons in the area which were highly recommended. I stumbled upon Blo and have to say that I was "blown away." From entering the salon, from start to finish, I was soooo impressed. Lindsay colored my hair and styled it and I can't say enough about her. She listened to what I was looking for and in combining that with her expertise, the results were phenomenal!! The knowledge and professionalism of the staff is evident. Blo was a wonderful find!! Never, ever have I left a salon where I was as satisfied as I am when I leave Blo!

I have waited my whole life to find a salon like this. It is a joy and pleasure to go to Blo for my haircuts and coloring, all of the stylists are true perfectionist and they care to get to know their clients and learn what they like, want and need, and they deliver just that. I love Blo Salon!!

I see Melanie at Blo salon. I've lived all around the country, and have seen some of the top stylists in DC, Philly, Denver, Altanta, and New York. The hair cut Melanie gave me is by far the best cut of my life!! Melanie took the time to listen to what I needed for work, factored in my 2 year old, and gently adjusted for my lack of self styling ability. What I'm left with is long, flowing blond hair that needs litle styling or care because of the superior way it is shaped. I get compliments every day, even after just washing and going. I have recommended Melanie to all of my friends and co workers, and they are thrilled as well. The salon experience is great at Blo, the staff are verry customer satisfaction driven. I will see Melanie at Blo as long as I live within 2 hours of here, she is worth it!
