Mr. Blatt assisted me with the installation of software for my new printer. He is friendly and professional, and has a can-do attitude. He has his customer's best interest in mind and happily stayed until the job was done to both our satisfactions.

Elisha was patient and knowledgeable as he navigated through the complicated labyrinth of computer problems that dissuaded me from even attempting to do this. He spent time with help desk personnel as he troubleshooted with the various permutations of downloads that my computer would not accept. Breakthrough was achieved when he identified that my security software was preventing complete loading of the software. Upon completion of that, he was eager to clean up files and folders that were no longer needed but using disc space, and get my computer in working order to best benefit me.

Elijah is fastidious, prepared, does what he says and does it extremely well. I called him to remove 20 year old wallpaper from 3 rooms in a home built in 1971. He was through in explaining his technique, offered options so I could make a sensible and informed decision, and did the work in a timely and clean manner. My wife and I both liked him as a a person and his craftsmanship was so good we had him back to do 3 other jobs near the end of a home renovation. He was only asked to come back for one job and as the other two were presented he stepped up and handled both calmly and efficiently.
