I have never met another rug cleaner that has more knowledge or passion for the art of rug cleaning than Lisa Wagner. I couldn't afford her every year like I would like to clean, but she has help me learn how to prolong the life of my rugs and how to handle some small issues myself.
Pros: Very unselfish with her knowledge.
Cons: can;t think of any
