I received a free photo session and print at a fair- and Blake called to remind me I won it and we made an appointment. I brought my whole family and he even allowed me to bring my dog (who loved him!) and he took tons of pictures of us- even individual photos! Then we looked at them all and picked out our favorites- I was shocked by how great they all looked- the best photographs we ever took! We got our free photo and ended up ordering our favorites- it was great because Blake even gave us the option of making payments- we just wrote 3 checks dated a month apart- "a interest free loan"- that was great- we never had anyone let us do that before--- overall, the photos were GREAT, the experience was easy and fun, and we Highly recommend him!!!

We received a coupon for a free sitting a a local city street fair. Signing up for a sitting was relatively easy, however trying to get information on pricing was difficult. He said first to look on his website. His website has NO PRICING. We took the photos with our family at his studio/house. It seemed as if he just wanted to get through it. The sitting took all of about 20 minutes and he took maybe 40-50 photos total. I was disappointed but thought he knew what he was doing given his experience.

Trying to choose pictures and negotiate the final price on photos took us OVER ONE HOUR!!!! This is with a 2 year old. We asked to see how he was coming up with his price. We asked for specific prices on photos, only then did we get a price per 5X8. But he didn't tell us that the intial 5X8 cost ... in the first place and every 5X8 thereafter was only X. He was cagey. Afterwards, when we had time to research other photographers prices on the internet and approach him about it, he was extremely rude.

Of the 5 prints we had printed only 2 of the 5 were good quality. The other three are not entirely in focus. We were extremely unsatisified with the whole process and will never, EVER use him again.

I've had photos taken before, but never has the process been so enjoyable! Blake took about 40 photos in half an hour, then downloaded them to his computer and showed them to us immediately! He helped us rule out the less attractive ones, and we'd selected our photos for Christmas presents in another half hour or so.

The entire process was wonderful and we HIGHLY recommend him!
