Had another plumber out to clean the sewer line. After about 20 minutes and $200.00, they told us the line was broken and we needed a video inspection for another $250.00. We have never had this problem before. I called Blair Plumbing and explained what happened. I asked them if they would attempt to clean the line. Later that same day, they sent a technician out and guess what? They were able to clean it without any problems. This happened two years ago and we have not had the same problem since. We still use Blair Plumbing for other properties and "highly" recommend them!

Used Blair for a pre-purchase inspection, these morons told me a 20 foot section of line was "ancient", "clogged with roots" and needed replacement. Presented this to the seller and she showed me pictures that proved the same 20 foot section had already been replaced only 1 month prior. So they charged me $300 for a false report that seriously strained the buyer / seller relationship. Called them and showed them the proof and original permits that were obtained, and they gave me the run around. Save your time and money, use a different company.
