Beware of Blackthorne!!!!
My husband & I purchased our hot tub at Blacktorne. It was first told to us it would be 1 -1 1/2 weeks for delivery. It took almost 4 weeks for us to receive our paid-in-full hot tub, because Raul (service manager) saying our hot tub had been tested and has a leak. Finally after receiving the hot tub, our licensed electrician came to hook up the hot tub & he told us the hot tub still wasn't ready to be hooked up. Also, we filled it with water, and it STILL had a leak! We called Blackthorne to complain, they sent Raul out to fix the problem. He said "Don't worry, we'll take care of it".
Of course this should have been taken care of prior to the hot tub being delivered. Then they sent us a BILL of $240! We NEVER signed a job tag, been given an estimate, or discussed money. By the way, we still have a leak & Blackthorne won't return any of our phone calls. They do not honor their "warranty" or delivery a product that works correctly. Beware of them! They have no honor or integrity! We paid for a product that was never given to us in full working condition. Please learn from our experience and do not buy from them.
