I called into the call center on September 1st and spoke with Kathy about a pest control service contract for my home. She explained how your process worked, took down my info, and scheduled Chris to meet me at the house a couple of days later.
Chris showed up on-time (early, even!) and took great care to check out the interior, exterior and crawlspace. He explained the different contract options and the pros and cons of each, and offered his recommendation. I settled on the basic pest protection package, and after dropping off the paperwork, Jon was assigned to do the initial treatment.
Jon also showed up on-time for the appointment. He explained what types of treatments he was going to apply and why. After he was finished, he asked if I had any questions or concerns, and left a work order detailing the treatments that he applied.
Every step of the way, staff has been polite, professional, and thorough. Every appointment was on-time, every question was answered, and every price was very reasonable. Your staff never requested a long window of time for an appointment, as is common with other household vendors. Your automatic monthly billing means that I donÃ¢ÂÂt have to remember to write a check every month.
